You may use Sidely only if you can form a binding contract with us and you follow these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account.

Keep your account credentials secure and make sure the information you provide is accurate and current. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know right away.

• Do not interfere with or abuse the service.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Do not use Sidely for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Do not reverse engineer or probe the service without permission.

Some Sidely features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cadence, taxes, renewals, and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout or in your account settings.

Sidely and its licensors retain all rights in the website, software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of the content you submit, subject to the rights you grant us to operate the service.

Sidely is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
